Families as Partners in Employment Success
Families provide essential encouragement, advocacy, and support for youth with disabilities. STEP Oregon offers families practical guidance, strategies, and resources to:
- Navigate CTE, community programs, and vocational rehabilitation services.
- Support youth in work-based learning (resume building, applications, interviewing).
- Access wraparound supports such as transportation, health care, and housing.
