Obtaining an LTD Bus Pass

If you are a student enrolled in a school in Lane County, your bus pass is likely covered and free. You simply need to ask your school’s front office to obtain your copy!

If you are no longer a student enrolled at a school, you can obtain a bus pass directly in their mobile app. Download the Umo Mobility App on your smartphone from either the Apple App Store (for iPhone devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and set up your account with a mobile phone number and email or, alternatively, a username & password.

To Create an Umo Account

Once you have downloaded the free Umo App, you can create an account by opening the Umo App and tapping Get Started > Continue > Set up now.

  1. Open the Umo App.
  2. Select the checkbox agreeing to the terms and conditions.
  3. Tap Get started.
  4. The Umo App notifies you that it wants to know your location, in order to assist you with transit options in your area:
    • Tap Allow Once – to allow the Umo App to determine your location right now
    • Tap Allow While Using App – to allow the Umo App to always recognize your location while you’re using it
    • Select Don’t Allow – to block the Umo App from determining your location
  5. Select Enable notifications to get live updates and allow notifications for real-time transit alerts, service updates and more.
  6. Select Lane Transit District from the list provided.
  7. Tap the navigation menu and click View My Account to login or create an account.
