Supporting Transitions to Employment Pathways
What we are about
Supporting Transitions to Employment Pathways is a University of Oregon initiative funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Disability Innovation Fund. We work with educators, community organizations, workforce partners, families, and youth to expand career-connected learning and create real opportunities for competitive integrated employment (CIE).
Our collective impact model brings schools, community-based organizations, industry, and families together around a common agenda: preparing disconnected youth with disabilities (ages 14–24) for meaningful work, independence, and thriving communities.
Advocacy Training
Advocacy Training empowers families with tools to navigate the employment landscape effectively.
Job Placement
Job Placement services connect qualified candidates with opportunities in competitive sectors.
Community Events
Community Events provide networking and collaboration opportunities for all stakeholders.
