Supporting Transitions to Employment Pathways

What we are about

Supporting Transitions to Employment Pathways is a University of Oregon initiative funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Disability Innovation Fund. We work with educators, community organizations, workforce partners, families, and youth to expand career-connected learning and create real opportunities for competitive integrated employment (CIE).

Our collective impact model brings schools, community-based organizations, industry, and families together around a common agenda: preparing disconnected youth with disabilities (ages 14–24) for meaningful work, independence, and thriving communities.
